All in all, it was perfect place for traveling to Los Puentes. Supportive staff that liked their guests. Location: the hotel was close to nature, and the front fountain. Furthermore, in the middle of jackson. We did not want to leave and would have stayed for longer, really enjoyed the city and venue.

The food in the restaurant was delicious and the prices were very reasonable. We also enjoyed the sulphur hot springs, swimming pool, and the two tennis courts on site. Spending Christmas at this hotel was such a great experience! The hot springs were amazing, and the swimming pool was a nice place to cool off during the day. The surrounding nature was really impressive. We loved the parrots flying around and the beautiful trees. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring the area.
There were a few negatives as well. The room we stayed in was a little outdated and could have used some maintenance.
